Kim is extremely passionate about Skills Development and has extensive knowledge in the fields of Organisational and HR Development, Transformation, EE Compliance, BBBEE, Strategic Alignment of HR Practices, Material Development and Design. With 18 years’ experience behind her and armed with a B Soc Sci Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law, she is a well-respected HR Consultant. Kim is also a registered Facilitator and an accredited Assessor.Kim holds a Professional Registration with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP), Serves on the Employer Relations Forum of the Border-Kei Chamber of Business and as a Business Representative on the Eastern Cape Provincial Skills Development Forum and HRD Council.
