Featuring guest speaker Dr. Belinda du Plooy presenting a talk on:
“The epidemic of bullying in contemporary popular cultures and organisational cultures”
Dr. Belinda du Plooy is the manager of Engagement Information and Development at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. She holds a National Diploma in Public Relations Management from the Port Elizabeth Technikon as well as BA, Honours, Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Unisa. She has been actively involved in higher education teaching and research for more than ten years, as a lecturer, postgraduate supervisor and author of a number of academic journal articles on a variety of topics. Her general research interests include literature, philosophy, popular culture, gender studies and social psychology.
